Returns & Exchanges

Terms and Conditions for Returns & Exchanges of Products:

  • Products cannot be returned for reasons of unsuitability, size too big or too small (Please read the description first).
  • Products that can be exchanged are as follows:
  1. Does not match the order (wrong size, color, motif, or product model).
  2. Damaged/manufactured defective goods.
  • Products to be returned must be in the same condition as when delivered, including the packaging.
  • Products must not be damaged, dirty, or have been washed.
  • The price label and product barcode are still intact.
  • Complaints can be accepted from 3 days prior to delivery outside Bandung and 1 day prior to delivery within Bandung. This should be accompanied by an unboxing video and other supporting photos.
  • If the ordered product is unavailable, the Admin will inform you and offer a replacement. If you are unwilling to exchange, the Admin will request your account number for the refund process.
  • Products can only be exchanged for the same size and cannot be exchanged for other products.
  • Product exchange can only be done once.
  • Products purchased can only be ordered through the Website, Marketplace, and WhatsApp Admin Official Jenna&Kaia.
  • For Grade B products, size cannot be exchanged.
